I want to thank you for taking the time to show my son and I the GEICO Boat and introducing us to the sport. Your brother Jason had always spoke highly of you and told the entire neighborhood about you and what you do and how much you enjoy it, but seeing the look in my son's eyes when you got down to his level to talk to him about the boat, the people and equipment involved was priceless. Seeing the boat was a pretty amazing experience for me as well. He told all of his friends and then some about being able to see the boat and meet you the driver.

My son would not stop talking about the GEICO Boat all night and was jumping up and down like it was Christmas morning when the GEICO boat finally made its way out to the race. I am sure you and your entire team made a lot of new fans that day, and I just wanted to thank you and your team for being so gracious and sincere with your time towards my son. He loves his posters. He was the one kid screaming the loudest when that flag dropped and you and Scotty jumped out to about a 1/4 mile lead. The people on beach erupted with jaws in the sand! It almost looked like an unfair race. Nobody really new who won, but every one kept talking about the speed of that Lime green GEICO boat all afternoon.

I also wanted to make it real clear to the team Owner Mr. John Haggin and to the rep from GEICO Mr. Vince Giampietro that they know just how approachable and genuine you and your team were to my son, and how well you represent your sport and sponsors. As far as my son was concerned he was meeting the Tiger Woods of Offshore Boat Racing. It was a very memorable father’s day and I wanted to thank you again for taking the time with me and my son. So I hope you do mind that I called Michelle and got their email addresses and forwarded it to them as well. I hope you eventually had a wonderful father’s day with your little guy as well.
